Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping and delivery time:
Germany: €5.50 with DHL, free shipping from €50
Austria: €6.50 with DHL, free shipping from €100
Switzerland: €8.50 with DHL, free shipping from €100
International: €14.95 with DHL, free shipping from € 120
IMPORTANT! Import duties and VAT may apply outside the EU. These costs are not our responsibility.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our delivery time is 3-7 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and country.
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking link via email. You can track your shipment here.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is packed and handed over to DHL (usually the next day), you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. You can then enter this number on the DHL website .

What material are your products made of?
All our products are 100% fair and vegan .
All products marked "Organic" are made from 100% organic cotton . You can find more information in the respective product description.
For the sake of the environment, printing takes place in Germany using a 100% waterless process. We use a water-based ink free of heavy metals and harmless colorants. The ink is 100% biodegradable. Furthermore, we only begin printing after your order has been processed.

Return
- What are my return rights?
You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving them , without giving any reason.
We only accept returns for new and unworn items.
If your goods are defective or an item is missing, this must be reported beforehand. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your 14-day return period has expired and we have not previously confirmed an extended return period, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
- How can I return an item?
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please remember to affix sufficient postage to your package. It's best to keep your postage receipt as proof of postage until the refund has been processed.
- Can I return multiple packages in one package?
You can also return multiple orders together in one package.
Please ensure that all clothing items are included in the package and that the information sheets you receive when registering your return are enclosed in the package.
- Can I exchange items?
We currently do not offer exchanges for clothing.
However, we offer the option of a return within 14 days of receipt .
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and we have checked everything, we will refund your money within 14 days.
- Have you received my return shipment yet?
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return.
You will receive a notification as soon as we have processed your return.
We usually need a maximum of 14 days to process your return.
Sales and promotions are non-refundable and non-returnable!
It's best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been processed.
Order
- My order is defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
In case of a complaint, please contact us by email.
If your order is incomplete , please also contact us by email.

- I have not received an order confirmation.
Please also check your spam folder if you do not find an email from us in your inbox.
If you still haven't received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service (MAIL).
- Can I cancel or change my order?
You can of course cancel your order. We can only cancel it as long as it has not yet been processed.
Making changes to the order: Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change an order that has already been placed.
- Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change your delivery address.

Availability
- Will sold-out clothing items become available again?
Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact date for this, as many different factors play a role.
It usually takes 12 weeks for clothing items to be available online again.

- How secure is online payment?
We place the highest value on your security when it comes to payment transactions.
Your information will of course only be transmitted in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment will be processed by a specially security-certified partner.
